Stagic Ltd (“we”) is the data controller for personal data processed by Jamkkan.
What we collect
Account details — name and email, when you sign in with Apple or
Google, so your progress and subscription follow you.
Study progress — which cards you have answered and how well.
Purchases — subscription status. Payment is handled by Apple or
Google; we never see your card details.
App analytics — anonymous usage of the app itself, so we can fix
what does not work.
What we do not collect
We do not collect any information about how you use your phone.
App blocking runs entirely on your device:
On iOS, Apple’s Screen Time gives us anonymous tokens — we cannot see which apps
you chose, only how many.
On Android, your list of blocked apps never leaves your device.
We never record which apps you open, or when.
We do not sell personal data and we do not show advertising.

Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
You can delete your account and its data in the app, or email
support@jamkkan.app.
You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office
(ico.org.uk).
Retention
We keep account data while your account exists. Delete the account and we remove your
personal data.
